Being Your Authentic Self as a Leader

One of the things that female leaders struggle with the most is feeling a disconnect between their idea of what a leader should be and who they are.  In fact, many women avoid stepping into leadership roles because they don’t consider themselves to be leaders - when they’re actually doing a great job!

I’m a huge fan of leading like a human. In this episode I’ll be sharing how you can develop a leadership style that feels authentic to you AND is also powerful.

If you haven’t done so already, please leave me a review and thanks for your support of this show!
