Handling Negative Feedback Like A Pro

Even the most confident of female leaders can struggle to deal with negative or critical feedback.  When we are working really hard and doing our best such feedback can at best be demotivating and at worst really knock our confidence.  Many of us also let the words (and the stories we tell ourselves about those words) whirr around in our head for hours, if not days.

But it is possible to hear negative feedback without it sending you into a spiral of self-doubt.  In this episode I’m going to share some ways you can become more resilient in the face of negative feedback, how to deal with it in the moment and how to let go of it after it has happened.

If you enjoy this episode and it inspired you in some way, I'd love to hear about it and know your biggest takeaway.  Take a screenshot of you listening on your device, post it to Instagram and tag me @thisiscarlamiller
